Maxine started Ryletts Residential after moving back from Hong Kong, where she ran a property agency. What began as a focus on lettings and management has grown steadily through word of mouth, now offering sales and acquisitions while keeping the same personal, client-first approach.

Associate Director
Robert is passionate about all things property and brings a thoughtful, knowledgeable approach to every client interaction. He studied Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University and has built a broad foundation of experience across both Sales and Lettings, particularly within the prime central London market. Robert takes pride in offering practical advice and reliable service to clients at every stage of their property journey.
Jane Lowry
Office Manager
Jane has been a key part of Ryletts for over ten years, bringing a strong background in administration and a calm, organised approach to her role as Office Manager. She ensures the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly, supporting both clients and the team behind the scenes. Jane’s knowledge of the company and her attention to detail make her an essential part of the Ryletts Team.

Val leads our building and maintenance work with years of hands-on experience and a strong commitment to quality. As Head Contractor, he oversees everything from small repairs to larger refurbishments, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Val’s practical know-how and no-nonsense approach make him a trusted part of the Ryletts team.
